How We Work

We hand make custom cross-stitch portraits and pieces. While majority of our work is pet portraits, we are happy to discuss other custom works, including house portraits and more.
When you place your order, please leave any special requests in the additional comments section. Any special requests and custom sizes requests who’ll be adjusted after the order is placed.
Please include 1-2 clear images for each custom portrait. A pattern proof will be sent to you within 24 hours after submission of the Online Order form.
Orders will be fulfilled in the order they are placed. Orders are generally completed 2-3 weeks after stitching has begun. You will be notified if estimated fulfillment and shipping dates.
